What happens when I exceed my scan limit on the Free plan?
Your Free plan includes 5 scans per month. Once you've used all 5 scans, you'll need to wait until the next billing cycle (monthly reset) or upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited scans. We'll send you a notification when you're close to your limit.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Awareius within the first 30 days, contact our support team at support@awareius.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Billing. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for students or nonprofits?
Yes! We offer special pricing for educational institutions, students, and nonprofit organizations. Contact our sales team at support@awareius.com with proof of eligibility to learn more about our discount programs.
When will Pro and Enterprise plans be available?
We're actively developing Pro and Enterprise plans with unlimited scans, advanced features, and priority support. We expect to launch them in Q1 2026. Sign up for the waitlist to be notified when they become available and receive early access pricing.
Can I get invoices for my subscription?
Yes! All subscription payments include automatically generated invoices. You can download your invoices from Settings > Billing > Invoice History at any time. Enterprise customers can also receive invoices via email.
